What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

• Your name so we know who we're speaking with.
• Your phone number so we can call you back.
• Your preferred call time (if you choose one) so we can reach you when it works for you.

When we call you, we may ask about your diagnosis, treatment history, and location to find trials that fit. We only ask what's needed for matching.

How we use your information

We use your information for one purpose: helping you find and enroll in clinical trials that match your situation. That's it.

Specifically, we use it to:

• Call you back to discuss your options.
• Match your health profile against trial eligibility criteria.
• Help you through the enrollment process if you decide to move forward.
• Notify you if new trials become available that match your profile (only if you opt in).

What we don't do with your information

• We don't sell it.
• We don't share it with advertisers.
• We don't use it for marketing unrelated to your trial search.
• We don't share it with trial sponsors or sites without your explicit permission.

Health records (EHR data)

If you choose to connect your health records, we access them only with your explicit consent. You can see exactly what data we accessed, correct anything that's wrong, and disconnect at any time. When you disconnect, we delete the health record data we pulled.

Connecting your health records is optional. You can use TrialMatched without it.

How we protect your data

Your health information is sensitive. We treat it that way.

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Access to patient data is restricted to team members who need it to help you.
• We follow healthcare data protection standards.

Cookies and analytics

We use basic analytics to understand how people use our site (which pages are visited, how people find us). We don't use tracking cookies for advertising. We don't build advertising profiles.

Your rights

You can:

• Ask what we have. We'll tell you exactly what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it. If something is wrong, we'll fix it.
• Ask us to delete it. We'll remove your information from our systems.
• Withdraw consent. If you connected health records, you can disconnect at any time.
