TrialMatched is a service operated by Medblocks Inc. that helps patients find clinical trials that may be relevant to their health situation. We provide information, matching, and enrollment support.

What TrialMatched is not

We are not a medical provider. We don't give medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatments. The information we provide is for informational purposes to help you have better conversations with your doctor.

Always consult your physician before making decisions about clinical trial participation.

Using the service

By using TrialMatched, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself. Better information means better matches.
• Understand that trial availability changes. A trial listed today may close tomorrow.
• Understand that matching is not a guarantee of eligibility. Final eligibility is determined by the trial site.

No cost to patients

TrialMatched is free for patients. We do not charge you for finding, matching, or enrollment support.

Trial information

We source trial data from public databases including ClinicalTrials.gov. While we work to keep information current, we can't guarantee that every detail is up to date at all times. Trial details (eligibility, locations, status) can change without notice.

We always link back to the official trial listing so you can verify details.

Your account and data

You own your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we use it, and how to request deletion.

Limitation of liability

TrialMatched provides information and matching services on an "as is" basis. We do our best to be accurate and helpful, but we cannot guarantee outcomes. We are not liable for:

• Decisions you make based on information we provide.
• The conduct or quality of any clinical trial or trial site.
• Changes to trial availability or eligibility criteria.
• Any adverse events related to clinical trial participation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you if we have your contact information. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
